解决Windows 7/8上安装Cisco AnyConnect *** Client，服务无法启动问题

Windows 7升级Windows 8，尝试启动Cisco AnyConnect *** Client，报错。于是卸载重装，在安装即将完成的最后一步，也就是启动服务的时候报错，错误信息如下：The *** client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot.

一、报错原因

到思科网站上research了一下，发现是和Windows ICS（Internet 连接共享）不兼容，原文链接如下（直接搜索ICS）： http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps8411/products_qanda_item09186a00809aec31.shtmlQ. Does AnyConnect support Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)?A. Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) is not compatible with AnyConnect. You must disable ICS for proper AnyConnect functionality. When you try to launch AnyConnect on a PC on which ICS is already running, AnyConnect returns this error message:The *** client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot.In order to resolve this issue, disable the ICS and launch again AnyConnect.尽管笔记本使用的是无线网络，本地连接根本没有插网线，也得禁用ICS：

二、解决方法

1.打开网络和共享中心
2.更改适配器设置
3.右键“本地连接”选择属性
4.在“共享”选项卡上将“允许其他网络用户通过此计算机的Internet连接来连接”不选中

三、Windows 8兼容版本

在 Windows 8 上，测下来只有Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1的版本才能兼容
