ia32-libs for gcc from 32bits linux OS to 64bits

Hi All,
It worked successfully for Ubuntu 13.04.

This issue root cause is 32 bit edition GCC can't run on the 64 bit edition
host OS without 32 bit lib support. So the solution is install the 32 bit
lib. apt-get install ia32-libs.
