AWS由于操作不当，突然多出947.75多刀的费用，经过确认，AWS又答应退回账单

amazon前几天还在推广他的EC2云服务呢。挺高调的，可是今天突然我的信用卡收到了一个900多刀的账单，吓死了。

给大家看看。



幸亏有个100刀的优惠券，不然可是1000多刀呀。自己才挣多少呀。

记得自己应该不会产生那么多流量。应该是免费的才对呀。

于是自己google一下，看看有没有人遇到类似的事情。

这个哥们也是多收到账单了。可是我的可是1000多刀。太悲催了。

立即按照他的方法照做。可是EC2的客服页面太不给力了。一直不行。

页面无法迁移到填写电话号码的页面。



2014/1/8突然收到亚马逊客服的邮件，

Hi there,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. It's Kuda from AWS support and I can certainly assist you with your query.

I am sorry you received charges you were not expecting.

I've reviewed your account and, although your account is eligible for the AWS Free Usage Tier, your usage charges were based on activity that was outside the specifications of the offer.

You launched M1 Standard Extra Large (m1.xlarge) Linux/UNIX in US East (Northern Virginia) Region which is not offered within free tier.

You were charged $0.480 instance-hour (or partial hour)

See an extract from your December bill below:

$0.480 per M1 Standard Extra Large (m1.xlarge) Linux/UNIX instance-hour (or partial hour) 2,160 Hrs 1,036.80

However, I have approved a refund of the charges for December ($947.75). Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to process.

I have also applied a $250 credit on your account to absorb the charges accrued so far now that you have closed your account.

With CloudWatch Billing Alerts you can monitor your estimated charges as Amazon CloudWatch metrics.

It also allows you to create alarms that automatically send you email notifications when these charges exceed the levels that you set.

You can configure your own metrics and alarms to help you manage your AWS usage charges.

邮件里说由于我的不当使用启动了m1.xlarge的实例，这个不是免费的节点。产生了1000多刀的费用，但是他们还是说在5个工作日内退回账单。
并且提示用CoundWatch账单报警来监测账单状况，避免出现不必要的费用。

吃一次亏，涨一次知道，希望大家也能从这里有点帮助… :) 也大大的赞一下亚马逊的服务…
