EBS, 如何解决错误'An error occurred while attempting to establish'

在自己维护的EBS系统中，突然发现不能查看请求（concurrent request）的日志和输出（log and output)，会报错误 ‘An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_APPLTOP_ xxxx’’,解决方法如下

1.
备份文件 $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.2/network/admin/ tnsnames.ora

2.
在上面的文件中加入下面的Alias

FNDFS_APPLTOP_xxxx = (DESCRIPTION=

(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=xxxx)(PORT=1627))

(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=FNDFS))

3. 不需要重启，就可以打开日志或者输出.



不过还不清楚是什么原因导致的这个问题。
