Data Intro:

The data in the file ssi.dat contains data for some states in the US concerning the amount of SSI (State-administered Supplementary Income) benefits paid to people in different categories. For each state listed, the variables are
Total number of people receiving benefits
Number of aged people receiving benefits
Number of blind people receiving benefits
Number of disabled people receiving benefits
Total benefits paid
Benefits paid to aged people
Benefits paid to blind people
Benefits paid to disabled people

The numbers of people are as reported; the benefits are in thousands of dollars.
