UVA 11991 Easy Problem from Rujia Liu?

给出n个元素，都不超过1000000，然后有m个询问，每次输出v第k次出现的位置，没有就输出0。

可以先用vector来记录每个数出现的位置，然后判断一下直接输出就行。
