oracle单实例数据库版本升级（二）--环境调研

当前数据库版本10.2.0.4，已打补丁patch45（补丁号：12429521）
通过CMD，进入到opatch工具目录（位于ORACLE_HOME/OPatch目录下方）
windows系统，需用命令set一下ORACLE_HOME,ORACLE_SID,这是前提
