安装scipy或者numpy时弹出python2.7 was not found in the registry 的解决办法

毕设要用到numpy和scipy,但是在安装的时候均遇到说python 2.7 was not found in the registry 的错误信息，但是我明明已经安装了python 2.7了得啊~

怎么解决，网上搜了一下解决办法：

新建一个register.py，把以下代码复制进去：

出现：python 2.7 is
already registered 就代表问题已经解决辽~
