一、描述：
安装了IE10后，使用VS2010调试网站时，会出现一个提示框信息“Attaching the Script debugger to process 'iexplore.exe' on machine '' failed. A debugger is already attached.”。
二、原因：
不详，估计IE10安装后，覆盖了原有的设置。
三、解决方案：
Run the following script from command prompt as Administrator:
64-Bit Systems: regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"
32-Bit Systems: regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"
