ECSHOP调用指定分类以及子分类下推荐商品（指定best，cat_id，number）

函数保存在include/lib_goods.php文件，调用了ecshop自带的函数get_children($cat_id)调用指定分类下所有子分类的id，该函数在文件include/lib_common.php文件内；
