联通spApi.jar短信接口二次开发

提示：调试时一定要和联通工程师联调，让他们监控服务端，可能存在ip授权，手机号码白名单的问题。不要执着于代码和配置参数的检查。

1.新建web工程，导入联通spApi.jar包

2.创建一个配置类SmsRequest
