这篇文章使用预测时间来保障吞吐和延迟，使用一个两级的队列，上层是EDF，下层re-ordering，如图所示：
通过分配disk的disk time来对不同的负载保障服务质量，这个东西真的很高端了，但是一个请求的disk time 是如何估计的呢？？这是通过对刚刚结束的若干个请求的统计分析结果的出来的。
