sys用户

SQL> create user etl identified by *****;

User created.

SQL> grant create session to etl;

Grant succeeded.

SQL> grant sysdba to etl;

Grant succeeded.

SQL> grant create any table to etl;

Grant succeeded.

etl用户：

SQL> create table test(A varchar2(100));

create table test(A varchar2(100))

ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'USERS'

etl用户在users表空间没有权限，需要给etl用户在users表空间分配配额。

sys用户：

GRANT UNLIMITED TABLESPACE TO etl;

或者:

alter user youruser quota 100m on users;

etl用户：

SQL> create table test(A varchar2(100));

Table created
