The Ribbon Tab with id: "Ribbon.Read" has not been made available for this page or does not exist. Use Ribbon.MakeTabAvailable()
主要是因为创建的page是wikipage，解决方法是去view all content--->create-->pages--->webpartpage一定要选webpartpage
同时创建webpartpage的时候documnet libary不要选page,默认即可。
