1.)FTP连接到Web服务器。

2.)更改为_internal目录。你会发现每个用户的*. php文件在这里。

3.)打开的关于用户的PHP文件。

4.)使用的MD5编码器（可在互联网上找到）来编码您的新密码。

For security reasons, it is not possible to recover your password. You will have to set a new one:

LiveZilla 3.x and 4.0.x

Connect to your webserver using a common FTP Client (e.g. FileZilla, freeware).

Change to the _internal directory. You will find a *.php file for each user here.

Open the php file of the regarding operator. If you don't know which
file belongs to the administrator account, please open the file internal.inc.php in order to find out which ID relates to which password file.

Use an md5-encoder (can be found on the internet) to encode a new password.

Save the md5-encoded password into the .php
password file. Please make sure that you keep the syntax of the file
when replacing the old md5 string with the new one.

LiveZilla 4.1.x or greater

Open the LiveZilla MySQL database using an MySQL editor like PHPMyAdmin.

The table operators contains records for all operators.

Edit the row of the regarding operator / administrator.

Use an md5-encoder (can be found on the internet) to encode a new password.

Set the md5-encoded password as value for the field password.
