利用虚拟机（版本7.1）插入优盘或者移动硬盘后在虚拟机中始终发现不了，而且还出现了下面的提示：
the connection to the VMware USB Arbitration Service was unsuccessful.Please check the status of this service in the Microsogt Management Console
原因是在宿主机上没有开启VMware USB Arbitration Service。
解决办法：在XP操作系统中，右键我的电脑，点击管理-服务和应用程序-服务，找到VMware USB Arbitration Service，右键点击，启动即可。
启动该服务后，需要重启虚拟机。
