联想ThinkPad使用虚拟机时遇到要求打开CPU中VT的方法

今天买了个联想的笔记本，装了个64位WIN7，又安装了个虚拟机VMware7，想在虚拟机中再装一个64位WIN7，结果不让我装，报错：

You have configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit guest operating system. However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host is VT-capable, but VT is disabled.

This is usually because VT has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. Please:

(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable VT and disable ‘trusted execution.’

(2) Power-cycle the host, if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.

(3) Power-cycle the host, if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.

(4) Update the host’s BIOS/firmware to the latest version.

上网上查，大多数人都说要打开CPU的VT-x

并且网上大多数人都说打开thinkpad的VT 方法如下

启动时根据提示按蓝色的“ThinkVantage”键

按 F1 键进入 BIOS 设置实用程序

使用箭头键，滚动到“Config”，然后按 Enter 键

滚动到“CPU”，然后按 Enter 键

滚动到“Intel ® Virtualization Technology”，然后按 Enter 键

选择“Enabled”，然后按 Enter 键

按 Enter 键继续

按 F10 键以保存并退出

选择“Yes”，然后按 Enter 键

完全关机（关闭电源），等待几秒钟，然后重新启动计算机

但这对有些笔记本如T520i的BIOS设置是不对的，真正的设置“Intel ® Virtualization Technology”选项是在BIOS菜单"Security"下面的"Virtualization"下，而不是在“Config”的"CPU"下，

这个问题困扰了我5个小时才解决，希望对后来人有帮助。

PS:虚拟机里也是可以打开虚拟BIOS的，要按F2，只是太快，不是很好按，网上有个方法：

关闭系统，打开虚拟机配置文件（.vmx文件），该文件位于所装虚拟机目录（不是虚拟机软件目录），在配置文件末尾加上bios.forceSetupOnce = "TRUE"或者bios.bootDelay = "xxxx"（xxxx用具体数字代替，以毫秒为单位），我用的是bios.bootDelay = "3000"，即三秒钟。启动系统 ，如下画面时按下F2，Ok，终于进入了Bios，顺便把Diskette给Disable了，用了，不错。
