Issue:
When you submit a Communication Request to Account Contacts, you may got following error message.
Error:
Unable to find definition for component CommOutboundMgr. (SBL-SRQ-0013)
Reason:
This error is happened due to you might did not syn Communications Outbound Manager after enable CommOutboundMgr.
Solution:
Go to Admin-Server Configuration -> synchronize
Click 'synchronize' button
Try again, issue should be gone.
