问题1：Project has no default.properties file! Edit the project properties to set one.

在网上找了一个程序源码，然后Import到android 解决方案中，系统自动编译出错：
Project has no default.properties file! Edit the project properties to set one.

大概含义就是找不到default.properties文件，网上的解释是这个文件应该在创建项目的时候自动生成，给出的一种解决方案是从别的项目中拷贝过来，但是我仍然有问题。另一种解决方案解决了这个问题就是不用import的方式，用新建项目，并选择现有的项目文件。

问题2：The type R is already defined

之后又遇到第二错误：The type R is already defined

解决方法是：删掉src文件夹下的R.java文件。
