在SourceSafe Admin里面设置一下选项 Tools->Options->General->expand keywords in files of type
意思是为以下类型的文件启用扩展关键字，可以输入需要处理的文件类型：如：*.txt,*.cs,*.aspx

在代码里插入

$Modtime: $
$Revision: $
*/

在用户进行签入后就会自动生成如下的信息：
/* Last Modified
$Author: Lbq $
$Modtime: 06-05-05 11:58 $
$Revision: 3 $
*/
注意，客户端要重新登陆。

$Author: $ User who last changed the file

在CVS可以也可以使用$Id$、$Header$生成。
