Job Description

- Focus on IBM Storage System product line pre-sales technical support

- Support Storage System business growth from technical side

- Team with sales to show IBM’s advantage and value on storage system to customer

- Design storage related IT infrastructure solution and present to customer

- Support business partners in technical pre-sales, solution design, recommending best practices

- Evangelizing IBM storage system value solutions incorporating the latest and advanced IBM technologies to customer

- Conduct demo and testing to show IBM strength if need

Required Skills

- Detailed storage technology understanding to promote IBM advantages

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)

- Bachelor degree or higher

- Excellent communication skill, presentation skill

- Quick learner and self-motivated team player

- Have rich customer facing experience

- Have hands-on skill and experience on enterprise/midrange level storage system administration

- Familiar with IBM storage hardware architecture, storage software and storage system management

- Have knowledge of major storage products in the market

- Familiar with storage HA/DR solution design and implementation

- Familiar with storage virtualization solution

- Some experience on storage system performance tuning and PD/PSI

- Rich experience on storage solution design

- Good English writing and reading skills.
