lpc1343 usb isp not work in linux and mac

I tested the lpc1343 usb isp in linux, it doesn't work. Even I can see the disk and file, remove firmware.bin, copy new firmware, but when I power on device normally next time, no firmware is running !!!
It does not have a full support of FAT12 file system.
Following link is a discussion about 1343 in linux, seem there is no way to make it work in linux.
