解释

将 Microsoft Outlook 设置为默认邮件客户端。

打开 Internet Explorer
转至“工具”|“Internet 选项”|“程序”选项卡
单击“电子邮件”旁边的下拉框，选择 Microsoft Outlook（图 2）



如果已将 Outlook 设置为默认邮件客户端，配置 Outlook 的配置文件。 然后尝试启动 Remote Agent 服务。

如果您使用的是版本 12.0 或 12.5，Remote Agent for Windows Server 在启动时挂起，但事件查看器中没有事件 ID 为 7022 的事件日志，则要验证是否为同一问题，请运行以下命令：

在介质服务器上：

x:\>"x:\program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\beremote.exe" -console

在远程服务器上：

x:\>"x:\program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\RAWS\beremote.exe" -console

其中，X 是安装 Backup Exec 的驱动器。





运行命令后会出现一些信息，之后会弹出错误：

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot full fill the messaging request. Please run the Microsoft outlook and set it as default mail client.（没有默认邮件客户端或者当前邮件客户端不能完成邮件请求。请运行 Microsoft Outlook，将其设置为默认邮件客户端。）
