latex /figure /label 序号 /ref /label 序号 不一致

/ref
得到的序号跟figure的序号不一致
比如代码如下：
/begin{figure}
/label{figure_label}/includegraphicx{figure.eps}
/caption{figure_title}
/end{figure}
在文章中用/ref{figure_label}引用图标，得到的序号不是该图的序号，而是该图所在小节的序号.
解决办法： 将/label{figure_label}写在/caption{}中
如下所示：
/begin{figure}
/caption{/label{figure_label} figure_title}
/end{figure}
