申请重新邮寄CCNA证书成功!!!!!（转）

10月16日考试，证书22日发出，两个月没有收到，所以试了一下CASE，竟然给我重新邮寄证书了！

简要过程：

终于看到系统里面自己的证书已经mailed了....
奇怪的是竟然一次给我mailed了两个...传说中的双NA就是我了.

总结一下,证书邮寄丢基本是地址写的有问题,别怪中国邮政和看门大爷.还是建议大家最好使用以前收到过国际邮件的英文地址,这样会比较保险些.我最后邮寄到北京一个大学那里了.
思科对CASE的处理速度比预想中慢些,我用了5个工作日..
要是嫌慢,过两天上去催一下.
看上去应该是免费的了,呵呵.最终总结一下：

1，考试完后一定要好好填写自己的英文地址，要尽力使用已经成功收取过国际信件的英文地址，不要自己乱翻译

2，如果在一个半月之后收不到证书的话，要马上给思科发CASE，CASE要自己写，尽量要写的地道些，不要照着抄网上的CASE模版，可以适当地用用CET或者考研的书信范文，或者询问一下英语达人们。

原因如下：
1:丢了证书也不是什么光彩的事情
2:有些人明明收到了，却说没收到，以便让Cisco再免费发一个，好让自己有两个证书。Cisco也不傻，一开始自然是只要你写Case就免费给你发一个，现在就不是了(在04年那个时候，只要你写Case就给你免费重发，甚至免费重发两次都可以，还可以免费提供电子证书)。目前不是每个Case都给你免费重发的，这个也要看运气，因为处理Case的人不同，他们对此问题的态度也不一样。你可能遇到“好心”的了。传说中的栀子花开语录
