>mt.exe : general error c101008a: Failed to save the updated manifest to the file "./Debug/TransSliderControl.exe.embed.manifest"
解决方法：
Project Properties -> Configuration Properties -> Manifest Tool -> Command Line
Under Additional options, enter " /validate_manifest "
好像在用intel编译器时容易出现这个错误
