2009.9.13 OA项目组一周工作报告

评价依据:本周计划的执行，根据各户发过来的任务有所调整。另外由于有两个bug虽然完成了改动，但是还处于测试阶段，所以使本周的计划没有完成。
质量评价:60
评价依据:本周代码的质量没有大的问题。在目前看来，保证项目质量的是两个有效实践，一个是不断重构；一个是充分测试。我希望它们能够成为项目的两只强壮的左右腿，使项目走得更远。而在测试上，就目前的人员配置来说，方起着非常重要的作用。希望方能够在实践中逐步地总结经验，使测试更加充分。
另外，在周五和客户的聊天中，客户要求我能够及时对一些新任务做出时间估计，但是这些任务不会有详细的描述。于是我向客户表示我可以帮助她写一些specification，但是可能会影响项目的进度，客户对这个提议表示接受。以下是聊天记录：

This is because I would normally create all the specification documents before entering an item.
