用法:

文件加密: java Base64 file.txt

文件解密: java Base64 -d file.txt

字符串加密: Base64.encode(String enstr)

字符串解密: Base64.decode(String destr)

未解决: decode后输出到页面的时候,如果不加 request.setCharacterEncoding("GBK");

则中文输出正常

要是加了.则程序页面内部的中文正常,这个解密后的中文数据不正常.困惑中.............

若是有那位大虫能告诉偶解决办法.不胜感激
