Program Introduction

What is Consulting Career Path – The session includes a one-hour plenary speech and 4-5 one-hour breakout panel discussions. The plenary introduces consulting, what kind of personality will enjoy a consulting life, and what McKinsey&Company is. The breakout topics include “What is McKinsey doing”. “One Day in a Life of a BA”, and “Women Professionals”.

How to Become a Leader - McKinsey is known as a firm that develops leaders. Principle from McKinsey will share with you how McKinsey put him/her at center of the world’s most influential leadership network, and what is his/her secretrecipe of becoming a leader.
