我从来没有像今天这样清楚的知道我要做什么!

Hi Simon,
I`m 陳東,we meet each other in the psychology training this Wednesday.You can call me Denial.
First,Thanks for the valuable chance to be familiar with Philips and to
realize the distance from the excellent company,well, also thanks for
the nice hamburger and cola.
Lily told you that I wanna join Philips, of course everyone
with lofty ideals wanna be staff member of Philips. But in fact,I`m
very troubled when to change my job. This is my occupational planning
below.

I`m regarded as the most potential one in my department,
and my boss wanna me to becoming SA from SD and take role of the leader
of PDM section-charging PDM
project planning,requirement analysis,and etc .So it`s getting on with
my occupational planning and everything looks not bad. BUT in
Foxconn,the corporate culture is
Execution,System,Processes and Forms, no CREATIVITY.I know it`s not the
fault of Foxconn, it dues to the manufacture industry; But it`s the
work environment I want indeed.The human-based management and
international business attract so much! I like the advertising slogan
'Let`s
make things better!' very much.I want to do things better and more
creative.
So this is why I am perplexed whether or not
job-hop this time. I will be very honored if I can get some advise from
such a senior HR manager like you.
Please forgive to write the mail like a friend to a interviewee.
