packages exported from a fragment are not visible at build time

Classes in fragments are not visible outside of the fragment itself. Any attempt to reference fragment classes in another plug-in will result in a compile error.

Workaround:

--> reflection

--> if you have the source code of the fragment to reference, do following:

1. export the fragment’s package (in its manifest)
2. add the fragment project as a reference to your fragment project’s Java build path (can’t do this in the manifest)
3. add the exported fragment package into the Import-Package header of your fragment project’s manifest (for runtime visibility)
