关于卡巴斯基6.0自动升级时报错后自动退出的情况

11月22日左右，很多装了卡巴斯基的朋友都出现了卡巴斯基报错以后自动关闭的问题。

其实这次出错是卡巴自己的升级问题，卡巴的安全专家放出更新中断的解释（已解决更新中断的问题），是由于卡巴服务器更新文件错误导致中断。

一、大家可以直接使用官方提供的这个小工具：

关闭/退出卡巴斯基，然后使用这个小工具，再重起卡巴斯基，就OK了。

二、第2种解决方法：
1. 关闭 设置/服务 的“自我保护”

2. 删除文件:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP6\Data\updcfg.xml

（方法：我的电脑--->工具栏-->工具-->文件夹选项-->查看-->在隐藏文件和文件夹-->显示所有文件和文件夹-->应用）
（删除这个文件对卡巴及其系统没影响，因为这只是个病毒库文件，再升级的时候会再次自动下载新的同名文件）

3. 恢复“自我保护”.
就可以正常更新了。

三、 因为卡巴斯基官方已经对升级文件做了修复，所以最直接的就是彻底卸载卡巴斯基，卸载干净以后重新安装一遍，就不会再出现报错了。

and update a little later.

A utility for correction of this will be created asap. It will delete the file automatically. (a better way of correction for not advanced PC users).

Also you need to disable self-Defence in Settings -> Service -> Self-Defence. Otherwise the product will not allow to delete the file.
