A summaries for my company opening a year.

ZhuHai RSUN software company has built a year,it bulit in September 17, 2005. It likes a baby in its one year of age,it also likes a tender grass with life and dangers.

Our company has high speed development in the last year; piled up many experiences of researching & developing marketes, studying & applying technologies,company management.

My five friends and I took our deposits for opening a company to develop ERP&OA as soon as I resigned from PouChen industrial ltd, it sets up based on the friendship between my five friends and I; a big comparison between friendship and benefit in most of business cases, often benefit is a dignity, friendship is a unhelpful thing.

The progresses of myself in the last year, except I do success in technology, I also piled up many useful experiences in many others way; The main gain is on managing a new company, In general as below listed:

1, Have good attitudes on every things, even a rather bad thing.

2, Find out which markets is your aim to suit your capability.

3,Find the person which has a ability or capability to achieve the special task. who ask a person to join into the team based on themselves friendship, not based on the ability or capability, the unwise action result a unacceptable effect, Except has enough ability or capablility.

3, According to the aim markets' requirements and features to design & develop the hierarchy of products, as usual has three modes: a. a profession of products, b. a profession of industries, c. a profession of markets.

4,Quickly speed develop the first product for opening market.
