如果开发者与你沟通后，认为自己能承接项目，那么他回点“承接按钮”，这样您通过客户中心，能够查看到承接人列表，并选择是否开放保密区给开发者。

I am doing it now. I already have two ASP.NET projects going on in last two years. Both are US company.
I think it is very easy to find talents in China, but it is hard to find clients and sell our service in US. That is what I am trying hard to do it now.
As new projects coming in, I will hire new developers. If some of them are good, I will keep them for next project. If not good, I will let them go. This is how I am building up the team now.
I have several core memembers working together now.

Actually, I just realized there was a project section in CSDN yesterday. So I still have not yet had any experience with 开发者案例系统. But I would think it is a good idea....
However, I think CSDN need to think of how to form a good team for large project.
The current model is very good for small project. But if the projects need 5-7 peopel work together, unless the people who accept the project is a group or a company, it is hard to pick right people.
I am curious in that what percentage of the developers who accept the projects are a group or a company? and what percentage are individuals?

这确实是个实在的问题，目前，我们推出的“项目顾问制度”就是希望能够通过有经验的开发者，来组织TEAM来承接大项目。
当然频道内已经有团队和公司参与竞争了。所以组织队伍是各个团队的事情。
目前CSDN还没有具体的方案来做到临时组队承接项目。
