gitlab变更启动端口

　　灾备测试服务器上已经安装svn，上面的apache已经占用80端口。这里要部署gitlab，端口只能变更了。

　　修改gitlab上的nginx配置文件：端口从80修改为801

　　gitlab主配置文件还有1处需要修改：如果IP地址后面不加端口，肯定是不行的
