Python 读取EXCEL（XLS、CSV）写入txt文件

本人尝试了很多网上的方法，发现下面这些不同的错误

TypeError: a bytes-like object is required, not ‘str’

UnicodeDecodeError: ‘gbk’ codec can’t decode byte 0xa2 in position 50: illegal multibyte sequence

UnicodeDecodeError: ‘utf-8’ codec can’t decode byte 0xde in position 16: invalid continuation byte

至今无法解决，无意间发现之前自己写的代码解决了我的问题：
