oracle删除数据库，提示ora-01031：权限不足

用system管理员身份删除数据库，总是提示权限不足，如下图所示



用如下两部解决了问题，特此记录一下

1.找到sqlnet.ora,我本地的目录在

E:\app\sunpi\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\sqlnet.ora

添加一句代码在sqlnet.ora中

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=(NTS)

添加后内容如下

# sqlnet.ora Network Configuration File: E:\app\sunpi\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN\sqlnet.ora
# Generated by Oracle configuration tools.

# This file is actually generated by netca. But if customers choose to
# install "Software Only", this file wont exist and without the native
# authentication, they will not be able to connect to the database on NT.

NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (TNSNAMES, EZCONNECT)
SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=(NTS)
ADR_BASE = E:\app\sunpi\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\log

2.检查登陆windows的用户(administrator或安装oracle时候使用的用户)是不是在包含在ORA_DBA组中，域用户没有连上域服务器时就可能出现这种现象。

添加用户到用户组中



添加用户



选择当前使用的用户，即登录oracle时所用的window用户



然后一路反向确定即可

管理程序，再次卸载
