问题原因：

网上的解决方法是将 listen_ipv6=YES更改为：listen_ipv6=NO，或将这一行注释掉，但是修改后还是一样的报错。

还原vsftpd.conf配置文件后，启动正常。应该是自己前面改的配置文件参数中有错误。
