使用Django1.11创建简单的资产管理平台

1：首先创建一个django项目

2：继续创建一个APP

这里要注意下settings.py是全局的配置，即项目下的所有全局配置都在这里，下面要说的urls.py也类似

7：创建数据库并赋予权限（安装mysql的过程就不详细介绍）

8：同步数据库

10：打开站点进入127.0.0.1/admin，使用刚才创建的用户登录
