根本解决办法:
[root@133 ~]# yum install -y sqlite sqlite-devel
然后重新编译安装python
wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.3/Python-2.7.3.tgz tar -zxvf Python-2.7.3.tgz
./configure --prefix=/opt/amos/lib/python2.7 --with-openssl
make
make install
[root@133 ]# ipython

需要安装sqlite-deve,pyOpenSSL,ndg-httpsclient

[root@133 ~]# yum install -y python-devel

[root@133 tmp]# pip install pysqlite
[root@133 sqlite3-99.0]# pip install pyopenssl ndg-httpsclient pyasn1
