在使用Arcgis Engine在SDE中创建或者删除要素类要素集时，会出现标题的错误：the application is not licensed to create or modify schema for this type of data
网上有挺多文章的，不过都是针对arcgis 9.x的授权方式的，在10.x中情况略有不同
ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.BindLicense(ESRI.ArcGIS.ProductCode.EngineOrDesktop,ESRI.ArcGIS.LicenseLevel.GeodatabaseUpdate);
