计算x的N次方计算方法，

很节省资源的一种算法。

II.朴素算法 x的n次方

x相乘N次

朴素算法的分治法

n是偶数

计算x 的n/2次方 然后两个相乘

n是奇数

计算x的(n-1)/2次方 两个相乘 再乘以x

留个备份不知道啥时候能用到
