The solution:

First, perform

zookeeper-client -server ip port

on the zookeeper node. We get:

Then, perform

ls /

we get:

[zookeeper, rmstore-yarn1, transwarp_healthcheck_root, yarn-leader-election, chronos, hyperbase1, hdfs1-ha]

Finally, perform

rmr /hyperbase1
