Failed to load IDE add in 'C:\Program Files\Delphi_2007\bin\Borland.Studio.Together.dll'.Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation。Additional Information: The type initializer for 'com.borland.tg.sci.SciModelAccess' threw an exception.

解决办法是安装Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 版可再发行组件包，
