Tomcat 启动报错：host-manager does not exist or is not a readable directory

新安装一个Tomcat，我们肯定会删除Tomcat Webapps下的自带项目，在考入我们自己的项目，这个启动Tomcat 可能会报：java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
Document base D:\wx\tomcat6\webapps\host-manager does not exist or is not a readable directory

这是因为在conf/Catalina/localhost里面有两个xml文件host-manager.xml、manager.xml，删掉他们在启动Tomcat就没问题了。
Catalina里面其它的文件夹中也可能存在host-manager.xml,manager.xml这样的文件, 把它们都删除了就可以了。
