adb shell ，出错 提示error: device not found

今天本想试试手，用am 工具启动一下android应用程序，然后一直提示如下错误。

C:\Windows\system32>adb shell

error: device not found

一开始认为是adb server异常或者没起来，就把server kill掉，然后重启,然后发现还是不行。

adb kill-server

adb start-server。

最后还是仔细一看，是提示没有发现设备，去把AVD设备起来（如果不知道怎样启动或者创建AVD可以 查看相关文章），果然可以了，之行am命令也成功了。
