1．修改/etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo为:

64位：

32位：

rpm --import http://ftp.sjtu.edu.cn/centos/5.0/os/i386/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5

3．执行

yum update

Ok了，搞定。
