Windows无法连接到System Event Notification Service服务问题解决

这也许是自从在笔记本上安装了Windows 7以来Kaijia第一次遇到的不明故障。至今Kaijia仍然无法确认造成错误的具体操作，因为在一次开机后系统，系统任务栏的Aero界面突然消失并且提示“Windows无法连接到System Event Notification Service服务”，对System
Event Notification Service服务手动配置并且重启后问题仍然存在。





WINDOWS无法连接到SYSTEM EVENT NOTIFICATION SERVICE服务错误提示

Kaijia回想起上一些使用Windows时的操作——用Word 2010***了一个模板文件并且安装并删除了多个版本的冬青黑体字体。这看起来和这次遇到的问题八竿子都打不到一次，这是Kaijia第一次对Windows系统完全没有头绪。Kaijia尝试通过修复Aero界面来修复这个问题，但是系统直接提示无法执行体验指数评分。于是Kaijia只能将各种症状描述成英文去微软的论坛中寻找类似的情况，最后在TechNet中找到了一篇《Could
not connect to System Event Notification Service》的帖子，其中也提到了这个问题是由于字体缓存造成的。Kaijia按照帖子中提供的基础方法尝试清除字体缓存但是并没有成功，然后一位名叫Lany Zhang的用户回帖说注意微软的热修补KB2590550。

于是Kaijia找到这篇编号为KB2590550的微软知识库文章《The
desktop does not load and only displays a black or blue background after you log on to a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2》，文章描述的现象为

You may experience the following issues after you log on to a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2:

当你在登录到一台安装有Windows 7或者Windows Server 2008 R2的电脑时，你可能遇到以下问题：

Your desktop does not load. You only see a blue or black background image.

你的桌面无法载入。你只能看到一个蓝色或者黑色的背景。

Windows Explorer does not run, and you cannot access your data.

Windows Explorer没有运行，并且你无法访问你的数据。

You receive the following message in a notification balloon: Failed to connect to a windows service. Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrative

你收到了一个提示信息：无法连接一个Windows服务。Windows无法连接到System Event Notification Service服务。此问题阻止标准用户登录系统。作为管理员用户，您可以复查系统事件日志，以获得有关此服务未响应的详细信息。

虽然只有第三点与Kaijia的情况不符合，但是知识库文章列举的受影响服务包括System Event Notification Service和Themes，于是Kaijia文章中描述的情况适用于Kaijia遇到的问题。

这篇知识库文章提供了一个热修补，不过这个热修复不提供即时下载，你需要访问此页向微软请求这个补丁，一般情况下5分钟内你将会收到一封包含此补丁下载地址的邮件。

下载并运行后将会获得一个类似“Windows6.1-KB2590550-v2-x64.msu”的补丁程序，运行这个补丁，重启之后问题就修复了，Aero界面也可以重新显示。系统恢复正常之后此补丁可以卸载，卸载后问题也不会再次出现。

1月7日更新：今天Kaijia在尝试安装并删除另外一个新字体后再次出现了此问题，可以确定是由于尝试使用命令行删除字体造成的。当然，KB2590550补丁仍然有效，重新安装一下补丁问题就觉得了。
