警告: Can't find the request for http://localhost:8080/ibatisSpringDemo/ws/testWS's Observer

标题中的报错是在写一个webservices例子时候报的错误，我直接访问http://localhost:8080/ibatisSpringDemo/ws/testWS?wsdl  后 tomcat中总是报那个错误，后来发现原因原来是，web.xml配置文件的问题，启动tomcat容器后没有加载spring的application.xml文件，也就不会加载spring
cxf的三个配置，<import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml"/>                

       <import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-extension-soap.xml"/>                

       <import resource="classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf-servlet.xml"/>    

tomcat正常启动后控制台应该打印出这三个文件的加载信息，如果未加载说明，application.xml未正确加载。

我的application.xml文件放到了src目录下，如下是错误写法：

<context-param>

       <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>

       <param-value>classpath*:applicationcontext*.xml</param-value>

   </context-param>

   <listener>

       <listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class>

   </listener>

如下是正确写法：

<context-param>

       <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>

       <param-value>classpath*:*/applicationcontext*.xml</param-value>

   </context-param>

   <listener>

       <listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class>

   </listener>
