xcode发展到现在去高光的icon 就是那个玻璃效果 有多种方法了. 最常见的方法有2种
方法一:
选择supporing files 文件夹下面的.plist 文件 然后添加 Icon already includes gloss effects 后面选择一下
(这里要-YES-才会不显示高光!!!)



方法二:
在最新的几个xcode 的版本里面 icon 图标旁边有一个选项直接选择一下子就OK了
(这里要-勾选-才会不显示高光!!!)
